Delta Park Environmental Centre

Due to the fact that the site and building were currently a centre for environmental education, the design proposal will comply with the criteria and what the centre stands for. The name and focal point of this historical building will still be preserved, and the real meaning of what the centre is all about and enhance it even more.
The design is based on repurposing an existing environmental centre and expanding to it in order to achieve the true aim of the centre, which is to produce an exhibition that educates and recognises global sustainability and eco-friendliness. All of the materials utilised in this design are environmentally friendly and sustainable. The design concept is based on the idea of constructing a structure that not only provides awareness or knowledge, but also follows through on the exhibition's primary purpose. The exhibition is set up in such a way that it emphasises working with and around nature rather than against it. It focuses on using eco-friendly materials that have been measured up against life cycle assessment and those that have come up positive and have a less impact on the world have been used in the design.
